If you are still looking for something to do over the upcoming weekend, 5tardium (Space Circus) presented by Heineken at Jamsil Olympic Stadium is definitely worth checking out. This is the second year of 5tardium, and we hope that it remains in the yearly lineup because it was an absolute blast last year.
Essentially, 5tardium is an outdoor electronic music festival with 5 stages and 5 different DJ acts. Each DJ act performs on one of the stages, so you rotate throughout the stadium to see each performance. Along with the music, 5tardium delivers incredible visuals and performances that will definitely have you reaching for your cell phone to snap photos (see last year’s official after video below).
This year has a great lineup featuring Andy C, MAKJ, Vicetone, Alex Metric/Oliver, and RL Grime. The doors open at 2 PM and the schedule is as follows:
- Stage 1: Alex Metric/Oliver (B2B Set) 15:30 – 17:30
- Stage 2: Andy C with 2SHY MC 17:30 – 19:00
- Stage 3: RL Grime 19:00 – 20:00
- Stage 4: MAKJ 20:00 – 21:30
- Stage 5: Vicetone 21:30 – 22:40
As you can see from the schedule above, the festival will finish rather early in the evening, just in time to make it to other events later in the evening.
